Terms of Service & Usage Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Revised: August 12, 2026. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or submitting Fair Quote requests on windows.servicefind.center.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Referral Service Scope
Binding legal agreement between you and ServiceFind Windows
By accessing windows.servicefind.center, submitting an estimate request, or contacting our call line at 866-228-8017, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ServiceFind Windows functions as an independent referral network and matchmaking service connecting consumers with independent window replacement, glass repair, and energy-certified window installation contractors.
Independent Contractor Status Notice:
ServiceFind Windows is not a direct general contractor, insurance broker, or manufacturer. All physical work, inspections, glass manufacturing, and installation services are performed by third-party independent contractors. Each contractor operates independently, maintains their own state licenses, insurance coverage, and warranty terms.
2. The Fair Quote Guarantee Policy
No high-pressure sales pitches, zero artificial price locks
ServiceFind Windows operates strictly under our proprietary Fair Quote policy. To protect consumers from deceptive pricing tactics:
- No Numeric Price Locks Online: Window replacement costs vary based on exact window frame dimensions, Energy Star glass specifications (U-factor & SHGC), structural framing condition, and regional building codes. All quotes must be evaluated fairly after inspection.
- Transparent Itemization: Contractors in our network must provide transparent, line-item estimates covering materials, labor, permits, and haul-away fees without high-pressure immediate decision pressure.
3. TCPA & Automated Communications Agreement
Telephone Consumer Protection Act compliance
By completing a Fair Quote form on our site or calling our designated phone numbers (866-228-8017 or (877) 665-6177), you provide express written authorization for ServiceFind Windows and its designated contractor partners to communicate with you via telephone, auto-dialed calls, pre-recorded messages, and SMS/MMS text messages regarding your window inquiry.
SMS Opt-Out Instructions:
You can revoke consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received. For support, reply HELP or contact our customer support team at 866-228-8017.
4. User Obligations & Warranties
Accurate project data & acceptable use standards
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and possess legal authority to submit service requests for the specified property.
- All information submitted (name, address, phone number, window specifications) is accurate, current, and non-fraudulent.
- You will not use automated scraping scripts, bots, or malicious payloads to disrupt service functionality.
