ServiceFind Windows Pro does not perform construction, fenestration, or glazing labor directly. All contractors in our network are independent third-party operators.

Homeowners are advised to independently verify contractor licensing, workers' compensation, general liability insurance, municipal permit compliance, and specific manufacturer warranty terms directly with the contractor prior to commencing work or signing project contracts.

3. The "Fair Quote" Standard

ServiceFind Windows Pro advocates for transparent, upfront pricing. Participating independent contractors agree to provide itemized, written proposals ("Fair Quotes") specifying materials, certified labor, and scope of work without deceptive sales markups. Final pricing and payment terms are established directly between the homeowner and the contractor.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ServiceFind Windows Pro, its officers, employees, or agents be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project labor, installation errors, delays, or contract disputes between homeowners and independent third-party service contractors.
